In 2009 Elizabeth began taking classes and life coaching sessions from Dr. Ellen McGrath, Founder of the Bridge Coaching Institute and Creator of the Core 4 Method,  at NYU.

Dr. Ellen McGrath developed a life coaching method called Core 4  after 20+ years working as a clinical Psychologist. I met Dr. McGrath while studying at NYU when I took her course in the "Social Entrepreneurship". Ellen and I worked together for over 3 years and in that time I was comprehensively trained in the Core 4 method and certified as a Life Coach.

Core 4 is based on the idea that there are 4 core skills that can help you solve problems and overcome challenges in your life and career. This method has proven time and time again to be effective in solving problems and resolving conflicts as they arise in any area of life. More than anything Core 4 focuses on the importance of connecting to yourself and others in a way that in genuine and authentic, thereby creating the circumstances for you to be your best self!

Elizabeth has since developed a unique style of 'Core 4' based coaching for friends, family and clients that has proven to be effective especially when it comes to dating or developing strong personal relationship bonds.
